The Surveyors PA was established in 2007 with over 30 years’ experience offering our transcription and copy typing services to Property Surveyors. Our mission goal is to always provide the highest quality transcripts to professionals.
Our Typing Services
At The Surveyors PA, we specialize in providing accurate and efficient transcription services with typing speeds of up to 80 wpm, tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Our transcription services cover a wide range of property surveying documentation.
Proof Reading
We offer proof reading of Reports and any typed up documents. This will include spelling errors, grammar, punctuation.
We also do formatting of paragraphs and spacing should you require.
Photographic Schedules
Need photos inserting into a document?
Send us a link to your labelled photographs either using Dropbox or any other cloud storage link and we can produce you a neatly labelled, high quality photo Schedule of Condition Report. We can insert the photos 2, 4 or 6 photos per page depending on your requirements into a neatly laid out Word table which can be saved as a PDF or inserted into another document as an Appendix.
Photos can be arranged as portrait or landscape orientation.
File Conversions
Here at The Surveyors PA we have the software to convert your PDF's back into a Word doc or Excel* enabling us to work with your document that you may have restricted access to or perhaps wish to reproduce to create a new document or spreadsheet..
Transcription Typing
Our transcription services extend to building surveys, capturing all building survey data with precision and attention to detail.
Copy Typing
Copy typing can be produced from handwritten documents, copying hand written notes from within a PDF or copy typing from a previous Report format into a New updated Report format.
We follow the layout of your relevant Business templates as per your request paying attention to detail at all times.
