Where are your typists located?
Our main office is based in Dorset.
All of our typists are based in the UK and English is their native language.
This does mean of course that, unlike a lot of our competitors, your data never leaves the UK.
Prices
We charge a set hourly rate which is broken down to the exact minutes of how long your project takes and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Invoicing
Our month runs from the 17th of the month through to the 16th of the following month. We will then tally up all the work we have done for your company, breaking it down to each separate surveyors work carried out for that month and you will be invoiced as a whole each month. Invoices are to be settled by the 25th of each month.
Do you charge more for poor quality transcriptions?
We don't charge a higher rate but obviously poor quality recordings will take us longer. If the quality of sound is really bad and we cannot make out any particular words, those words will be marked up with **** and highlighted in yellow in your document.
Language Transcription
Our typists only speak English so unfortunately we do not offer translation services at this moment in time.
Can I upload via another method (e.g. Dropbox)?
We can accept files using Dropbox, WeTransfer, OneDrive, Whatsapp, email to name a few.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 9-5pm. If something is extremely urgent and you require our services after hours or over a weekend our out-of-hours rate applies at time and a half.
